Sales Officer

Join our sales team and help organizations find the best talent! As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing deals with companies looking for recruitment services.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present recruitment solutions to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with recruitment team for client satisfaction

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR/recruitment industry is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams

Bachelor's degree in any field. Sales certifications or FMCG/B2B sales experience preferred.
